I have had problems from the day the unit was installed. (My plumber said I would hate it and he was soooo right) What a joke to call it the "quiet series" when it sounds like a rocket launch from start to finish. We went on a ten day cruise on the Norewegian Dawn in January 2011. They charged us a compulsory $400 automatic gratuity as part of their Free Style cruising. The cruise was good but I could not tip the guys who made my trip good unless I tipped above the $400 I knew I was going to pay on my Visa.
