I will simply give the facts. I called 4 weeks ahead of time to hire Short Notice Movers for a move from a house to a two bedroom third floor apartment. I bought my laptop on Jan 10th 2011, and it was broken on Feb 4th 2011 and I dropped it at futureshop on Feb 8th. I was told it would need 2 weeks to be repaired. But now it's nearly 4 weeks. I received no calls, no emails and no apologies until now. I have called several times and just been told I need to wait one or two weeks more. No one tell me why my laptop did not work in less than one month and it takes so long to wait it to be repaired? After working with this companies website for several weeks I discovered that this site has been black listed for various reasons including spam and hate sites. I urged this company owner to remove there site from this black list which wouldn’t inured any cost and even volunteered my time for free. The end result was termination of employment rather then resolving the issue. Twice in the last three months I have called for a taxi to take me to the airport and had a Capital Taxi arrive. Both times, I missed the flight due to flat tires. The first time I was stuck on the side of the freeway for 45 minutes in the snow. The cab driver did not have the sense to pull the car completely off the road. The Canada Revenue Agency no longer mails out standard income tax forms unless you first call and request them. We are expected by law to file are income tax and yet you either have to go and pick up the forms to do this, or call and order them at in this day and age with the use of cell phones is an expense, or you have to pay for software to file on line. Of the 27 QUICKSTYLE Laminate floor ''Reflexion'' 8mm boxes I bought at Home Depot 'Beaubien' (Montreal North) on November 1st, 2010, 11 had defaults. Planks had large white spots (at least 3 per plank) except for the plank on top. You can easily tell that the boxes receive an excess of moisture. Royal Bank charges $120.00 for their Avion credit card annualy and gives a user $15, 000 points for signing up which sounds great . The catch is this, you get one point for every dollar charged on the card for merchandise from their catalogue but to give one example a Samsung 46" HD LED TV goes for 277, 00 points .
