We booked a vacation to mexico several months ago, and the travel agency charged us for an ocean front room. We paid approximately $700 more than the normal price. As soon as we arrived we ended up getting some room that showed just the forest. This was the so called ocean front view. Also I received tracking number ZEWGDM 421-727060-7 but no luck to check really. I was told by the salesman on-liine that it will be around one week to 10days. I was hired in October 2010. Part of my compensation package as outlined in my letter of employment was a 10% staff discount which can only be obtained by using an HBC Mastercard (interest rate 18.99%) at the service desks. The employee discount would apparently show up on the monthly statement not at the checkout. Well it is January 12th, 2011 and there is no discount on my HBC purchases. After their defective terminal finally went down (it was buggy and used to begin with). I was told I could pay almost $50 to have quick service, or next day for free. I took my truck in for a routine oil change at Canadian Tire as I have for the past 10 + years. The oil I use in my truck is from off the self and not an option in their computer (GTX 5 20). 1-on december 25th I ordered a 50 inch plasma lg tv from Futureshop.ca (online) The payment was charged to my credit card on the exact same day and I received a confirmation that my delivery would come around dec 28. I have been using Fido Mobile since 2007, without any contract, I never missed a single payment even by one Day. The management of this condominium is a total fraud. Bell Solo continues to overcharge on a phone that has not been in use since July 2010. We've called to complaint, we were supposed to be on the $15 plan until the contract of that phone ended in Dec. 2010. I recently lived in this apartment building and found that the staff there was loud, rude, and controlling. I overheard them so many times talking about tenants and what tenants are doing then talking about the issues of the building. They would sit in the office off the lobby, or out in front of the building smoking, and make comments about tenants as they walk by. Purchased a Kenmore [made by whirlpool] dishwasher and within 11 months noticed a few rust spots on the racks. I have had this happen on very old dishwashers here and there and while it was a pain it was not a drastic problem. Worked at the Jewel Radio station owned by Evanov Group, as a Sales person for 8 months The first question I had for them was Sales Rep turnover they said something like 9 sales people in 3 years of operation, the truth was 42 sales people and 9 sales managers. The reason for the high turnover is they have so many ways of not paying you, and they have a layer working full time in the Toronto who makes sure you don’t leave with a cent.
