Enmax, is by far one of the least ethical companies in Alberta. Enmax is a hydro company that provides water and Electricity and natural gas. Terrible customer service- My spouse & I spend a total of 8.5 hours within a week speacking to more than 15 customer service reps to order Satelite TV. We even got many confirmation numbers and appointments for a technician to come to our apartment & install the television for us. Only every time no one shows up and after spending hours on the phone again, they tell us there is no record of our orders!! and the order confirmation numbers we had were not on system(bell computer error). I purchased a bike from Bicycle Works and was not relayed their return policy in person. No signs were posted anywhere either. The policy on their receipt states that "All refunds must be accompanied by receipt". Hey everyone, we had a leak in our building, which coincidently is only 8 months old. Granted these things happen, we expected Simerra Property Management to look after us. After all, we pay them a maintenance fee of $500.00 per month. I ordered a 'free trial' sample after viewing a website on a reputable site (CNN I believe). A journalist was endorsing an acai berry product that was supposed to have many great properties . I had a oil change and tire rotation service done on July 2 2010. The mechanic forgot to tighten all the lug nuts up on every tire on my truck. At first these seem to be beautiful products but when you look further at the manipulation of wording you discover that you are not buying what you think you are. These are wind chimes that are supposed to be made with beach glass and stained glass. But upon further inspection you realize that they really are not beach glass at all. I think it is absolutely wrong the way Michael's distributes its sales coupons. You either receive the flyer in the blue bags if you're lucky (which they don't get delivered where I live just outside Moncton), or you have to print one out.
