I have recently purchased a month subscription ($40.00) with my credit card on the muslim4muslim website, but through kamaconnections.com. When I got my credit card bill this week, it shows that I was charged for a year subscription ($200.00). This is not what I subscribed to. I have tried to get customer service to help me before and I never got a reply via email, and that phone number for the kamaconnections is not a working number. This is by far the worst store for customer service. I have been in there a few times since I had to find clothing for my dog (4 pounds) when she went outside in the cold weather and no other place seemed to have small enough clothing. I have been a long term customer of MacDonalds and wondering why it costs me extra to get mac sauce on my burger but if I get just ketchup it costs me nothing!?! Some places charge 25 cents for a shot of mac sauce and then I was told they can't put it on a single burger anymore, but they have the time to put it in a cup for me. I made a purchase through these guys. They failed to mention the only way for me to make my payments was by money order shipped through the greyhound or by mail. So I was signed to a contract now I had no choice but to send the payments the way they wanted or I would be out that much more money. These company says that the rent motorhomes. You can choose a vehicle and make a reservation. They answer your questions. After you have paid the deposit, they don't give any sign of live anymore. They don't give the adress where you can pick up the vehicle. So the result is, you have lost an amount of money, and don't get any vehicle.
