I bought an ATV on a leisure loan through ge money. I sent them a letter in writing and a fax as well that I wanted to pay off the entire amount owing on december fifth 2008. Three days later they still hadn't taken the money out of my account...I called them and they said don't worry we have it in our notes. The person on the phone was rude. Our service with them failed on the 17th of April. It is now the 23rd and I keep getting the old "we're very sorry we have forwarded to our technical team to deal with" always putting me on hold. They have not met their commitments to getting back to me on two occasions. This is outsourced Indian support which I have no problem with HOWEVER when multiple service calls get told nothing new I have had it. We have not had voicemail nor fax services for over a week. hi... I recently flew on Aerosvit airlines from Delhi to Toronto via Kiev. The service on board was terrrible. The crew were not professional and did not attend to passenger needs. The were not attentive . I asked for a veg meal. They provided a non veg meal with no hesitation. In 2005 I bought an extended warranty on my leather recliner. It was called a Master surface coverage. Today this coverage is not offered to the client because the Brick lost too much money from it. It was for all accidents that could happen to the leather. My recliner got 2 mid deep marks in the seat area and one further down that caused 3 small but torn( ripped!!!) pieces. I made a purchase from Barton Publishing in September 2008; paid for and obtained a receipt. Subsequently my Visa was billed in September for US$1.00; October '08 to April '09 at US$29.95/mth. I recently had Norton install their Anti Virus program into my computer. Since I had Norton Anti Virus installed laslt year a pop up allerting me that my year was up. It advertised on their website that it would cost $58.98 Canadian Funds. I put it on my mastercard and when I checked with MC, you charged my American Funds which amounted to $73.62. If someone needs a bathroom, it is never a matter "oh yippee, I've been waiting to use the bathroom at Dollarama". We have a Fin-all roof installed, there are so many leaks now that I am going to have to replace my lifetime roof with something else!!! SO much for a warranty, tried contact numbers and are no longer inservice, been given to another user or just no answer. This is the same company, but with a different name as the Waterhouse Securities scam. The letter looks exactly the same as the Waterhouse Securities, but says Powerhouse Securities Inc. This still has a Canada (Ontario) address, but the check has a Minnesota address. It looks like a real check.
