I purchased this system from APP and it has never been delivered and that was a month ago. I had a phone call from someone and I told them that I hadn't received anything so they emailed me a link. The link was broken so didn't work and that was on Aug 5/09. I have left several voice messages and sent several emails and no one has replied to any of it. I am in the process of dealing with the very frustrating maze that is customer service at Sears. My less than 3 year old front loading Kenmore washing machine (Whirlpool Duet sold under the Kenmore name) needs new ball bearings. Surprise, you can’t just buy the ball bearings – you have to buy the entire drum kit. Everything in it will cost the same to repair it as it would be to buy a new one. I purchased a 1650 ZE03 ActiveProducts Power washer in May 2009 from Canadian Tire. I lost my receipt and also threw out the box. I commenced using this power washer in Aug 2009 to clean my wondows. My time was up to cancel any following shipments before the Trial Offer was received. Not exactly free except for shipping. By time customs, GST and conversion to Canadian $ was finished it was $16.61. My credit card was billed for $133.74. The terms and conditions are not easily found. The only reason they finally refunded any money was because Shaklee didn't want to be given a bad name since Paul Birdsall is associated with them #2 Top Sales in 2008.. I bought last year a SAPPHIRE HD 3870 for 207$ CAD, the card was very good for the first few months, then suddenly the card started to act strangely, It gave me a no signal input sign so i wrote to ATI, who told me the card must be overheating and it was probably dirty. Be aware when giving them your credit card, they can put charges through without your authorization, even credit cards that require a passcode. When booking your parties, make sure you give them a smaller number, and make sure everything is in writing. I originally booked a child's party for 12, had confirmed 10 by phone, and on day of event, I was given 10 passes for the children, and 2 adult supervising passes (which are suppose to be free, which was confirmed 2x).
