Our holliday so we thought we would go to buffet dinner. We got seated. I asked for water but apparently they only serve bottled water. That was very upsetting to start. On October 10, 2008 at 7:40 pm my son and myself entered the Arby's Restaurant on Paris St. in Sudbury Ontario for supper. Upon entering the restaurant, the door pane and glass were filthy. I purchased a pair of Sennheiser earphones and was not allowed to try them on or try a demo pair, which the salesman stated was for hygiene reasons. They were $160 plus tax. When I went home and tried the headphones, they were incredibly uncomfortable. In order to have the sound-blocking qualities the salesman had claimed they have, they had to be inserted deeply into the ears, resulting in an intrusive poking sensation. The sound quality was not particularly strong, especially at the base end. Kromer Radio refused to provide a return of the product in the original packaging with receipt. I received my invitations via courier yesterday. I also received a customs/duty/brokerage bill today for $38.17!!! I also ordered a complete collection set from these people and yes, more than 50% of the discs were unplayable. Several were scratched and the paper labels they used are just not a good idea in the first place as they eventually warp the discs. My credit card was NOT charged twice and I have not observed any further charges by them. I signed up with Transcendent Innovations about 3 weeks ago. I did as was told, completed and offer off one of their third party sites of which went "green" a few days later money is being taken out of my credit card of which i have absolutely no knowledge of and never authorized. Also, of sites and businesses i have never even heard of. This is completely unacceptable I now have to cancel my credit card in fear of what is going to be taken out next or even more possible fraudulent payments. I recently got a letter from Standard Trust and Finance INC stating that I won $95, 000.00. In that letter i got a check for $2, 950.00 to pay government taxes of my winnings. I call the Claim Agent Jones Brian he seemed so desperate to deposit the check on my bank account and to call him the next day. Wow... I agree... this EASYCGI migration thing has my e-mail services all ^%$ed up. It is a total mess at EASYCGI and has been now for almost a week. I suspect heads will roll over this current disaster, if not there should be. Another day or so of this and I'm bailing out and switching ISP's.
