I am having to return the same DVD Player for a second time in less than a year of purchase. I have also had to exchange the home theater I purchased the same day. The TV that came with the package is also substandard. I cannot believe these products are allowed to be sold if they cannot even last a year. I ordered the free trial of this product. On the same day as I ordered it they charged my credit card $6.95 for the shipping, and 37.75 for the free product. Then on July 4th they charged my account another $69.87 and I didn't even receive the product until the 9th of July. I call the company and I was given until the 24th of July to try the product but they didn't tell me that I was already in debt for $114.57. This is a new mmo that has come out. They have mislead thousands of people with advertising on what would be available. exapmle but collectors edition and you get buddy keys for friends to try. My son bought a car from Faraz auto sales and traded in his Mazda 6 .The dealership put on new plates (without asking if he wanted new plates), so when he arrived the new car had new plates. the dealership did not take off the old plates from the mazda.We discovered this because we received a bill from the 407 for 81 dollars yesterday. Do not beleve the website pictures. This is not an Inn in the hotel sense but a tired grubby old motel. We paid $217.80 for 2 nights bed ad breakfast. This was not worth it, other hotels close had cheaper prices and crutialy were much better stadards. The Asian (india) owners / managers advertise 2 stars, which is unbelivable, and advertise on the web as free breakfast, which they do not deliver. I have bought this product regularly for several years. Last time I purchased I noted the new easy-to-open package and also the increased price. I subsequently noticed that the package contained considerably less product than in the previous packaging. The general increase in prices due to fuel costs, etc. is to be expected. I bought a cam of Beauty Tone spray paint ath this store yesterday (July 16). A can of spray paint is supposed to cover 25sq feet. This one only covered about 6sq feet and the paint was over! I went back to the store, explained what happened and the store manager said that it was not possible for the can to have been used before, laughed at me in front of other customers, as if I was lying. Obviously, there was some problem with that can - it either had been previously used or there was some fabrication defect (it's a HomeHardware product). I just have a problem with business owners who turn out to be deadbeats yet still solicit business and expect others to pay. We purchased a love seat and couch and when we purchased it the salesman told us to take out the extended warranty and that it will cover any problems we will ever have during the warranty period. Our pillows have lost their shape and are coming off of the couch. We phoned and were told that the warranty does not cover pillows and just covers tears. Sonny came highly recommended for our bathroom renovation. At first, he was super nice. Then he did our countertop wrong, instead of wall to wall, he decided he would leave each end 3 inches short!!! Purchased this rather expensive bed & mattress set in 1999. (Total purchase was $ 3, 831.94) Had the sleighbed for not even a month and had to return the "Foot board" due to a manufacturing error in the workmanship of the wood. The Internet connection plan that the company advertises comes with the laptop (provided that the customer signs the 3 year plan). The laptop that they advertise is Dell Inspiron 1525. They advertise it as valued at $689 CAD. However upon checking the Dell.ca website one will find that the Laptop is actually valued at $499 CAD. The food in this restaurant was adequate (not great) however there was one visible staff member to look after the entire restaurant!! Yes, that is for drinks and the meal service!! The price was over the top $123.03 for the smallest steaks on the menu, a salad, a glass Sprite and a juice. But what galled me was the waitress adding 18% to the actual bill for her service!! I received a check to pay taxes on a lottery that I supposedly won. Of course, they did not want to send me the 50K check because of possible identification fraud. The Alabama city that I live in is a fairly depressed area. I too have had problems with Two Small Men, though it's more their lack of communication with the company they source for their long haul moves (Budget Moving). I purchased a whirlpool front load washer at trail appliances ltd 2 years ago the washer broke down and I had a repair person come in he told me it needed 3 parts and that it would take 2 to 3 week to get them. After waiting 8 weeks and being told by trail that it will be 5 days every time I called we concealed the parts and brought a new washer and it was not a whirlpool!!! They suck big time!!! July 11, 2008 I stopped at the esso gas station on Fraser highway of the Langley by pass. I purchased $20 gas cash. I went out to pump it. The pump kept flashing prepay beeping, and the last consumer’s amount of gas was still on the screen, so, I thought he had not reset it. I went back in to tell him, he said I must have pumped it. I have a problem with Grey Hound on their seating arrangements. Winnipeg to Toronto. We booked our seats on the bus from Winnipeg to Toronto. It costs us an extra $10.00 for this pre booking. We had no problem until we got to Sudbury. They changed drivers and cleaned the bus. When we went to resume our pre booked seating we were told that pre booked seating does not apply in Ontario only in Manitoba and that we would have to select another seat. The front driver side coil springs on my 2002 Ford Taurus snapped as I was backing the car up. It tore the tire (which was new) and the tire "exploded". Luckily I was not on the highway or I would have lost control. This is a HUGE problem with this vehicle and earlier models were recalled. Eastern Refinishing refinished my tub area in April. In doing so, they failed to remove the shower fixtures - meaning that the area behind the handles were not refinished. In July, I replaced the fixture and noticed the problem. When I called Eastern Refinishing, and suggested that they send a technician to correct the issue, the contact became indignant and hung up the phone.
