Hello All Today I tried to register a domain name through Yahoo and after I made the purchase I realized that they will be charging me $34.95 for every year after the initial period ends. I cancelled my purchase immediately. (Approximately 5 minutes after the purchase) If I buy a car, you can bring it back in 5 minutes but Yahoo does not reimburse the fee they charged for. My MotherInLaw, a senior, called Telus asking how she could reduce her long distance. They told her she should use email with an EasyPC plan, and signed her up. She has no clue to how to use a computer. Moreso, it keeps breaking down, and as a non english speaker she has a lot of trouble with the tech support. Like many other people posting complaints here, my son has been unable to access one of his webkinz rooms. He has several and all seem to work except this one. We simply cannot access this room. The computer freezes each time we try. We have to log out and back in to play. I've contacted customer service three times over 3 weeks. I've received automated replies each time but that's it. I purchased model KWD-808-I Acupunture Stimulator in April of 2007. In October of 2007, the device stopped working. The unit turns on, but does not generate any output. The manual states the device has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The dealer says it has a 21 day return policy. After several email exchanges, the company will not return my $157.00 + dollars, or honor the warranty but will repair it for free. We have sent a package including a passport by Purolator. They specifically said sending passports is ok, and it was declared on the envelope that it includes a passport. PUROLATOR simply lost the package. From the tracking system it seems that it never went out of the town, yet they undertook no serious effort to find the package. The case that was opened 4 days ago simply got closed today by declaring our package as lost, i.e., they do not want to even look for it any more. I bought the Mitchum Sport Clear Gel Anti-Perspirant and Deodorant for the first time. I thought I would try something different than my Speed Stick. I put it on one morning. It goes on wet and typically takes 5-8 minutes to dry. I didn't have 5-8 minutes as I was running behind for work, so I put my dress shirt on. BPs...oh where to start...after working for them for years... I rarely go there. Now, thanks to some employee...idiocy...I will never return! Going to this particular BPs, the service is always crappy, and one employee took the cake!...and my dad's credit card!!! I thought Wyndham was better than this. We had Fairfield points at the Atlantic City resort. We purchased more points at the Glacier Canyon resort because the salesman told us the combined total could be used for advanced (13 month) bookings at either resort. Upon arriving to pick up my car that Cal-Alta was replacing the windshield on I noticed that there was damage to the rear bumper that was not there when I left it with them a few hours earlier. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage even though they stated that many other vehicles had been damaged in that very "Public Lot" over the years where they park all vehicles after servicing. A VIDEOTRON contracted technician short circuited my illico box, hdmi wire and tv. I have been totally frustrated in dealing with their customer services department for over a month now (cannot talk to anyone in authority). Their excuse is totally bogus, their website for complaints is non-functional and the "run around" is unbelievable . Went to EM's lube shop for oil change and was asked they could check my air filter. The technician wedged the air filter housing apart vertically snapping of the fastening tabs on the back of the housing-very large noise as the tabs broke that was loud enough for the other technicians in the shop to hear and all look over. I then asked if anything had broken and the technician lagughed and said not at all. Technician then pulled the air filter out dragging it through the broke housing thropugh the gap created. I have a neighbor who has at least 2 dogs, these dogs are a continuous problem to neighbors because of Barking and howling. My landlord and there's has been told of this problem, this problem has also been mentioned to the dogs owners themselves. It seems however that the complaint is not being taken seriously and the barking and howling continues on a daily basis, the owners leave the dogs alone frequently and they bark and howl causing disturbance to neighboring households. In June of 08 I purchased 3 beds form the brick and promised to receive it by July 8 until today I am waiting at list I was in Brampton store to ask them 3 times allay what I heir was false promises. On march 23, 08, we had 2 Falls view Suites for over night which came up to $500. After leaving the hotel I found out that we were overcharged by the hotel by $20. I am extremely disappointed in registering my domain name to Mondenet. I requested contact information changes and apparently there's a $10 service charge for such request. I wasn't aware of any of the charges since it's not even featured in the website. I don't mind paying the $10, but where is the business ethics? Purchased a Canadian Tire YARDWORKS 24 V cordless lawn mower May 04 2007. Worked well last summer. Stored over the winter as per instructions on page five of owners manual ie. Store fully charged for not more than 6 months with the average temperature below 10 c. I recieved a letter to day stating that i won $55, 000.00 and a check for $3, 955.00 and that i had to send them $2, 900.00 for taxes. On Friday, I went into the Telus store to buy a cell phone to have a Pay As You Go service. They offered me a package that included the phone & a free $50 card of minutes. She told me the phone takes 10 minutes for them to activate it for me, but they would deduct $15 of the $50 free minutes to do this for me.
