I purchased a whirlpool front load washer at trail appliances ltd 2 years ago the washer broke down and I had a repair person come in he told me it needed 3 parts and that it would take 2 to 3 week to get them. After waiting 8 weeks and being told by trail that it will be 5 days every time I called we concealed the parts and brought a new washer and it was not a whirlpool!!! They suck big time!!! July 11, 2008 I stopped at the esso gas station on Fraser highway of the Langley by pass. I purchased $20 gas cash. I went out to pump it. I have a problem with Grey Hound on their seating arrangements. Winnipeg to Toronto. We booked our seats on the bus from Winnipeg to Toronto. It costs us an extra $10.00 for this pre booking. We had no problem until we got to Sudbury. They changed drivers and cleaned the bus. The front driver side coil springs on my 2002 Ford Taurus snapped as I was backing the car up. It tore the tire (which was new) and the tire "exploded". Luckily I was not on the highway or I would have lost control. This is a HUGE problem with this vehicle and earlier models were recalled. Eastern Refinishing refinished my tub area in April. In doing so, they failed to remove the shower fixtures - meaning that the area behind the handles were not refinished. In July, I replaced the fixture and noticed the problem. When I called Eastern Refinishing, and suggested that they send a technician to correct the issue, the contact became indignant and hung up the phone. Roger's Video told me I could return a video game accessory if unopened. I was buying it as a gift and was not sure if the recipient already had one. When I tried to return it, they would only exchange it for the exact same item. To make it worse, they told me to come back in a week when the manager was in. I ordered several TV series on DVD. The discs do not play... in some cases, my DVd player gives the message 'bad disc'. In all the other cases, after twenty minutes playing, the discs will not play, or become pixilated and will play no further. I cancelled my membership with Good Life Club and the last payment was to be transacted on May 9th, however The Good Life Club continued to deduct from my account on May 23, June 6 and June 20. I filed a complaint and they said it would take 7-10 days to refund my money. The total was $92.94 however they couldn't even get their accounting right and credited me $92.93. I was in my backyard and was at the other end of a pumper hose being sprayed by insecticide. They were hired to spray the tree by my neighbors. I was not notified by my neighbors and the trunk of the tree is just on their side of the property. Half the tree over hangs my property. I was not notified, they did not check the property to see if anyone was there (there is a fence between properties so you cannot see), and had not right spray the libs overhanding my property. I bought the Tomtom one New Edition for $400 less than a year ago. When I tried to access Map corrections, I got a message that the map is out of date. I contacted TomTom support and was told that I need to buy the new USA & Canada map (v7.15) for another $100 in order to use mapshare. I complained about having to spend an extra $100 ($500 in total for Tomtom one new edition). The Tomtom one 3rd Edition now costs half the price ($189.99 at BestBuy) I bought mine less than a year ago. TomTom is adamant to provide an updated map free of charge.
