For Xmas we ordered off the Leons Website a kitchen table & 8 chairs. When delivered, 3 of the chairs were broken which we had to physically return ourselves and pick up our own replacements strictly because it was ordered off the net, not directly from a store location. Beware - Plumbing Mart has NO customer service! The owner is a scam artist and is obnoxious to his own customers. Once they take your money and finish your bathroom, you are on your own! I strongly recommend you do not employ this company to do any work in your home or business. They are employed by a house builder who built my home and I have experienced 3 major problems as a result of this plumber's work and it has cost me over $26, 000 to fix them and one has not been completely fixed yet. The owner has been approached to make restitution but because he has no personal integrity and lacks basic honesty, he won't admit to his mistakes and he has refused to accept any responsibility for his work. Be very careful how you deal with this dealership: they can't be trusted to honor their own agreement. I purchased a Ford 150 truck and on the purchase agreement it clearly stated that the purchase was subject to my getting financing. Worst customer service I have ever experience. From dealing with an incompetent service person to a very rude customer services manager. I do not think in today market, that one should have to wait 4-6 weeks to have something as simple as a washing machine repaired. My daughter purchased a pink and white top from H&M. She wore it once and put it in for washing. I washed it according to the directions and hung it up to dry in between two pairs of white capris. On June 11/08 I went to pick up my silk suit that I had only worn once, from Metro dry cleaners. On the jacket I noticed that the buttons were undone and the collar was pressed straight up, this was odd to me, so I inspected the pants. They are all nice when they want you to sign but when you want to cancel - they will not return your calls nor will the service you in person. Do not join this gym. They use aggressive tactics - this deal is only a special for this weekend and don't worry you cancel - is a lie. Do believe the marketing sheets that $8 no contract - this is not true. I have been with Rodgers for at least 10 years and have never had any complaints. my average cell bill is 175.00 a month, I have two phones with them. i renewed my contract in Oct. 2007 and received two new phones with the contract. I went Superstar for alignment today. They told me that alignment for 2 wheels for $50 and 4 wheels for $90 but they need to inspect my car first in order for a correct quote. They put my car on the alignment machine and said they were "checking the tires" I kept asking them and making sure they know I need to know the results first before they do anything. Hello, I had eatin at your southkeys Walmart location on Saturday June 07 2008 at around 11:30am, I had the ranch snack wrap by 2:30am I was sicker than I have ever been.
