I am a restaurant owner in the GTA and in July 2007 I called dine.to a Toronto based company that does advertising for the restaurant industry and builds websites. My situation: The original application was signed by someone who was not on my lease, not on my hydro bill, and not my spouse. She was misled into signing this thing by someone she thought represented the government, and was told to check "spouse" on the application. Has anyone else had Enbridge Gas making unauthorized debits from their bank accounts? I have never had an account with them, I have never given them any information - and in the past 4 months they have taken almost $2000 from my account. I have got it all back, but this past month I also had a cheque bounce because of it. I am now closing my account because neither the bank or Enbridge can figure out how this has happened. I purchased an online package deal worth $2911.99. The package consist of TV, Official NFL football, NFL dvd disc and a Samsung Bluray player. I receieved the TV, Football and dvd disc but not the Bluray player. I complained to Bestbuy about this and they ask me to keep on ordering or retrying using my credit card and they say they will re-imburse my money. I got a bad car service in Canadian Tire store located CenterPoint Mail, April 26 2008. I take oil changing service in this store for my Subaru Forest 1999. First, the advisor rejected my request for oid type, he told me using 5W30 olny, if 10W30 needed, I have to pay extra fee. Second, the technician has very bad skill. After his engine oil changing, 40 percent parts in the hood got oil. The engine got very dirty condition. The cap of a oil bottle lost in the engine as well. I travelled on BA flight0214 on 29 March from Boston to Chennai via London. I had requested for wheel chair assist because of my knee surgery. At Heathrow airport we waited for over two hours with no assist. The lady who was looking after made numerous call but nothing happened. To get a 10, 000.00 loan to pay off my bills. spoke to Josh Baker all day loan. did a western union really early in the morning so the money would be direct deposit into my account the same day. The money was pick up by 2:30 the money was not deposited in my bank account. He ask to that no Id was require to pick up the money. I was a patron at this bar when the waitress gave us our bill. It was exactly $49.00, and when I gave her $60.00, she told me that that amount was good. When I asked for change, I was immediately asked to leave by more than one "bouncer". I tried to explain, but was thrown out regardless. When explaining to the "Bouncer", I was told that I was cut off, with no reason. This waitress just took exception to not getting a tip that she thought that she deserved. On Jan. 8/08, I had a servic gentleman come to my house to assess a tear on the deck of the loveseat. He said the deck needed to replaced, therefore, needed to be sent off for servicing. In Jan 2008, I went to Fontile and picked out some tiles. First, the salesperson named Trish told me that these tiles were in stock. I could go there anytime and pick them up. We overpaid viceroy homes over $100, 000 on 4 home packages for a development in California. We tried for 2 years to get our money back. At sometimes begging their Vancouver based California salesman to help, only to always be lied to. That might have meant he'd have to give back his commissions on our sale. Shortly after the one year warranty expired for my Prima television, the picture tube busted. Now I have to come up with over $600 to get it repaired. Even my tv repairman said that these tvs are defective. I am blaming both the retailer (MDG Canada) for selling and over-charging such a terrible product and as well as Prima for making such a lemon.
