I wrote several times and they kept telling me a new date the DVDs would arrive. My post office told me the set was delivered to Naples, Florida, and they would resend. I have used this company once before and had an agreeable experience. Delivery was late, however flowers at least arrived. However this time I order Valentine's day flowers for my mom and for my husband's mom. The first order was delivered on time, however without the balloon that was added to the purchase. I ordered flowers from Bloomex to be delivered to a friend in Montreal. The flowers were not delivered. The company insisted they were and refused replacement or refund. The office was very confused and at one point arranged a second delivery date. At that time they again said the flowers had been delivered and refused further arrangements. Actually I do not have a complaint. I went on this diet and had GREAT success. It took me 8 months and I lost close to 80 lbs. My husband and mother also followed along with me and they also did very well. The reason I am commenting is I read a complaint by a Diane and she was saying that is a rip off, that after 3 weeks she did not loose anything. Well the reason she did not loose any weight was because she as not following the diet the way she should have. I have kept this weight off for 9 months and plan never to gain it back. I placed an order on Dec 8th for 2 tv show DVD sets- Emails were sent confirming shipment & payment was deducted from my VISA Debit card through a secure site. The order was received by Christmas eve. In January, i reached out to inquire about the order- the SITE was no longer taking orders- my order was delivered to a Naples Fl. address from Canada. I have had my 2000 malibu for four years now. Since I bought my malibu I have had nothing, but problems with it. Two days after I took it home it was back in the dealership getting the breaks looked at because the ABS light kept coming on. I ordered a meal for delivery and was told it would be about 35 minutes before it could be delivered, we waited for over an hour. After waiting for an hour the meal that arrived was totally inedible. Arrived with two friends to visit a local bar named Crocidile Rock in Mississauga. The doorman demanded I remove my hat as it is unacceptable attire. I spent 2 hours on the phone arguing with they rogers reps. I was was pissed off over a bill that i paid to disconnect by phone to switch back to bell. I terminated the service on June 18. It took them ten days to disconnect it. They billed me $20.74 for ten days of service. Which was so bull shit considering there was no active line. I ordered Witchblade the TNT series. It was advertised by this site a s brand new and still sealed in plastic.When it arrived not only was it not brand new it was a pirated copy. The TNT logo is in the lower right hand corner for gods shake.I emailed them about this and asked for a replacement. I want what I ordered.I have emailed them several times.No response. After getting numerous marketing calls I switched my Hi speed internet from Rogers to Bell. Before expiration of 3 months of free promotion I called them and got the cancellation number of my Hi Speed internet account and mailed the modem before completion of 3 months. Surprisingly, Bell keep charging me for last 3 months on my credit card. I ordered goods on the 4th December. After 4 weeks I canceled as the goods hadn't arrived. They agreed to cancel but ignored my request for a refund. They also ignore all e-mails inquiring about my refund. Since the order, there has been 2 gambling transactions on my VISA statement which don't belong to me.
