I ordered the entire series of the six million dollar man and received the dvds very late and many episodes wont play skip and stop entirely, in addition after referencing these dvds to another set these turned out to be bootleg copies. I wrote to the email address and the reply was this is single isolated incident, all the complaints listed on this site are an indication that this is a absolute rip off of my 85.00 dollars and I am afraid to send the items back for refund as others are reporting that the site no longer exist! In 2001 I signed up to be able to process credit cards with a company called NPC. My Spokane representative was kind and helpful and seemed to be open about the binding nature of the contract. I knew I was in it for 4 years, but I needed it and wasn't planning on going out of business in that time. I don't have a copy of the contract and don't know if I ever did. It started with Nor don collections and they harassed me so much at work, it was part of the reason I was let go when they were bought out. I was given the excuse that my order was shipped to an incorrect address followed by another email that there was a problem with their shipping department and they were correcting the problem by sending the orders out manually. Attached is a letter sent to BMW Canada in August. Since that letter I have had the vehicle back for major repairs twice. BMW Canada has continued to stone wall my requests for a replacement vehicle. BMW continues to advertise the "BMW Experience", don't buy it, they have no interest in satisfying their clients if there is a problem. My wife got me one of the swap cards that Tim Horton's are advertising. The card you never need to carry money if you have the card. The wife put $40.00 on the card, and on the way to work I stopped off at the Central Ave shop to get a coffee. I have bought from this company over half a year ago without problems. My shipment came in within the expected 7-10 days period. I was happy with the purchase. In November I reordered the same items. It has been over a month. I have sent three requests for a tracking number or proof of delivery. May 11 2005, we purchased the best set of appliances Electrolux Home Products make, Frigidaires Pro Series, On Dec 15. Only 7 months later we had to repair the ice maker under warranty ( no problem) well it never got fixed till late Jan/06. I've tried doing live chat with them & they change their story every other line - they can't even tell the truth or don't know what the truth is. I will be trying to do a stop payment on the order. They claim I will have it by December 31st, but I was also promised I would have it by December 3rd. I think they're the biggest scam artists I've ever seen.
