Hi all, This is regarding the fast track call taxi service. The customer care is pretty poor. Inspite of booking a taxi well in advance (abt 2 hrs), the cab never arrived.On calling them, they very casually stated that they couldn't find the booking, but they would send the cab in another 30 min as this was the required processing time.And when the cab did finally arrive, it was above an hour.I have called the same cab services and got the cab in 15 minutes in hte recent past.All that is required is proper collabration and they... read full review »

At the railway gate junction, it is merge of 6 way prople travel. When the railway gate is put, all of them merge forgetting they are humans and have brain, causing huge time loss for the entire crowd. They started to atlast put a solution and solve the issue sewage/drainge in madipakkam area. They put a notice stating that it will take one month and got sign on the Sorry for the inconvenience notice. The job of digging and constructing the manholes was done correctly however, after one week they had to come and close the manholes and clean the area as here it is a soil which does not seep/absorb water.
