I have bought a digital Camera of Nikon, S200 model make in may 2008. It has got 2 years warranty with 1 year extended warranty. The camera box indicates the product code, manufacturing date and waranty period. I have lost the waranty card and requested the service centre in Andheri, Mumbai, India for replacing the auto gear mechanism as it is still under waranty. What would a normal citizen do : when he is in the queue to take a ticket for MMTS waiting for 15 min and still he had to wait for another 15 min as the queue is so long and MMTS has arrived & When he has already travelled from Vizag - Hyd ( Godavari Exp )? Sir, We have complaints against Jaya Gas Agency Varkala. The service is not at all satisfactory. On booking for refilling of gas, the same will be delivered after 25-30 days. But in nearby places of Varkala, there is no scarcity for gas. Now, one more issue is faced by most of the consumers. There were a leakage of gas on 14.10.2009 evening from the junction of the regulator and cylinder when a new cylinder was connected. A strong hissing sound with pungent smell alerted us. The cylinder was immediately stopped and next day i.e on 15.10.2009 a complaint was lodged with the agency but till 18.07hrs. no one attended. When undersigned contacted over phone they boldly said there is no EMERGENCY service.
