I had booked two return tickets - Mumbai - Kochi sector for the month of october 2008. However a few weeks later I received an email stating tickets were canceled and amount refunded due to 'flight being canceled cos of operational reasons'. This complaint is to the traffic department of mumbai. I am staying in shivaji park, road no.5. I have 2 auto accessories shop in my lane because of which there is always a traffic jam in my lane. The shop owners allow customers to do double parking in a small lane because of which the other cars cannot pass through. The shop owners also block some of the parking spaces for their customers by parking their own bikes so that their customers can park their cars there. What about the people who stay in that lane. I am having a Consumer No. 1744 (Jasodaben M Raj) with the Dwarkesh Gas Agency, Grid Crossing, Anand (Gujarat). I booked for Gas cylinder on 25.07.08 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered after 15 days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally submit the document as they required for issuing the gas cylinder. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. At New Delhi railway station the announcements are quite erratic. For the EMU departing for Palwal at 15.40 the platform was suddenly shifted to another. Delayed announcement on public address system was made. This resulted in inability of ladies with little children missing the train. Again the departure announcement of train to Kosi Kalan was made quite late resulting in another miss.
