I bought a Samsung washing machine from EZone's Heebal Bangalore store. They promised delivery of product on 1st July 2008 But It didn't come without any information. I had registered a complaint at whirlpool customer care on 14th June 2008 that, the Elite250 refrigerator which I own from 2004 is not cooling. However the occupants of New Minal Residency are facing problems as water tankers move around blocking roads and spilling water making road side muddy. These water tankers transfer water to sump tank by running diesel pumps, which are not only emitting smoke but are also creating noise even in the night hours and during day. The water tanker drivers are free to keep their radio on full volume creating problems for the residents. The power cut in Vaishali Specially for Sector 1 is causing a lot of problem. A normal cut in a day is 10-12 hours. When u need it for water the electricity has gone. I do not understand who prepare the cut schedule from morning 6 AM to 8 AM and Night 12 PM to 2 AM. This is the injustice with people who are residing in Vaishali Area. Although they were having good communication skills but not the qualification only couple of teachers were well educated but not the all. But when I requested my payout, it was pending ever since. It doesn't show the date the payment was requested on, just the amount & that it is pending. So, you never get actually paid from them.
