Hi, I have booked a Maruti Suzuki DZire on 1st April 2008 and I have been promised that I will get the delivery within 2 weeks. Since last 1 month the dealer is keep on changing the date of delivery and now he is saying that I have to wait for about 2 and half month more. Maruti is doing the delay in delivery to the dealer. My complaint is to the maruti that when they are not ready with the production of the car why are they taking the booking. For the past 6 months or so, i have been experiencing serious quality and covergae issues. Call dropping, No coverage during peak hours have become too frequent. Audio Output Speakers of LCD TV not working properly. Today(29/04/08) they have done some repairs for the compliant lodged on 02/04/2008 my regd BP no.8407088388. The problem is repeating again and again. Number of times repairs were carried out during the last three months immediately after purchase. I have recently bought one microwave from one of the dealers of electrolux and have been made look like a fool by the company. I have received broken product and when I call the service centre to mend it they give me thousands of excuses. It has been nearly one month that the product has been lying at home in that state.
