I am registering this complaint under frustration on the services available from BSNL telecommunications. I have applied for a broadband connection at my nearest service provider(vaniyamkulam BSNL exchange) For a broad band connection for about six or more months. I haven't yet received a connection. Its a pity that the largest service provider cant look forward for a connection so seriously. My nearest exchange i.e Ottapalam exchange provides for the connection to everyone who applies for it within 1 month... Still our exchange has not replied for my application... read full review »

Sir, I bought eureka forbes water purifier -Robot on 10.4.08 From the time of installation it gave trouble and not working. so after 10times of calling, on 30.4.08 they changed it with new one. Now the new one not working from 17.07.08. i rang up on20th, 24th, 27, 28, 29, & today 30th july08. Each time what they are saying is "sorry sir, today we will attend" But nobody turned up. I bought an IFB microwave oven that stopped functioning well within warranty. IFB did not respond till the end of warranty; every time we complained, only to have a number, and to realize later that their support desk closed the ticket without even attending the problem, with a comment that the problem was resolved!! I have never seen such a fake service support for any product from any company I have so far. It is currently lying as a junk and I am currently using another one from a different company without problem. I have applied for ICICI Dmat account. Past 5months and I am yet to receive the service. Almost every weekend I visit the icici center only to get false promises by their employees. The heights: They kept my form with them for four months and my cheque validity expired and I have to re-sign my cheque with the current date. I bought an HP Pavilion tx1218au Notebook PC on the first week of November 2007 from Mega Computers, Noida, India and started facing problems soon enough. Hotel Ginger Pondicherry. My complaint : There is a cafecoffeday parlour inside Hotel Ginger in Pondicherry. The hotel is 2 Km - 3 Km north of Pondicherry . Everything seems ok, but the staff is cheating minded. The cashier don't want to give the bill, when he gives the bill the amount is wrong, He has no money... no change, etc... Hi This is with regard to 17 new connection from MTNL through Distance telecom.The conserned person who is dealing with this account is Mr.Musthaq Khan, he is so lazy and inefficient fellow he does not know how to deal with coustmer.I waited for about 10 days to get my lines active But he failed to do so, i finally disconnected 13 lines and kept 2 DSl and 2 voice lines only.From that day onward i kept on calling him to pic up the disconection letter from me but he never turned up. My telephone number 0612-2350957 is lying dead for about two weeks but bsnl, bihar circle is not taking any action to rectify the problem. I can't download big files neither can i leave my pc on thinking that big files will be downloaded overnight thanks to the constant Disconnections i face every hour or so... on a bigger perspective 1 hour is not very small time but when u have to download a movie or some big file then a user like me suffers a lot. After introducing Night time free downloading scheme ( 02.00 - 08.00), they really started to cheat the customers. As they are charging the customers, eventhough we if we download after 02.00 AM . It's not worth paying 30, 000 Rupees for tally9 multi user package. The Same multi user package is marketed for Rupees 13, 500 for Tally 7.2 version. Not much worthy features added in tally9 for Rupees 30, 000. It's too worse to pay this much amount for a simple accounts package. My nearest fuel station is M/s. Moosa Fuels, Calicut Road, Meenangadi PO, Wayanad, Kerala. This fuel station is not supplying ordinary petrol since last many months. They are not providing the 'Complaint Register' also. The main question raised is, are they supplying ordinary petrol at the cost of speed petrol. The people of Wayanad are very poor.
