I had applied for ABN AMRO MUTUAL FUNDS - Opportunities Fund on 17th Dec2007 - Rs.5.00 lacs The chq was collected by their employees. Till date I have not heard any thing from them. I should receive a st. I reminded the officials yesterday and was assured of the st by today morning ie by 3/01/2008 morning. Till now, ie till 8pm, the st has not been recd and I am beginning to worry about my money. The chq was promptly encashed on 17th itself. I have bought a water purifier of this company(aquaguard). After six months from buying it started to make tension for me . sometimes it stop responding, sometimes it did not start. I am user of TataIndicom Prepaid Mobile No 9213910076. I have been trying to use the welcome tune service of the same. Though the call charges on 12800, as they say is 10p/sec for prepaid users, but its actually not so. I am a regular customer of HP LPGas. In Nagpur I get it from NGDA Services located at CA Road, Nr. Gitanjali Cinema. This distributor is the most pathetic and irresponsible I have ever seen in my life. These people never pick up the phone calls made for logging the requirement for refill gas cylinders which is the basic household utility. Moreover when I visited his office, these people along with the manager replied me that its not their duty to take up the calls for refill connections. I have read out the address present on my passport but the customer care personal said the address is not getting matched with what i have given.
