Hi, I also became a member of country club's victoms club. I realized very lately that I have compleetely cheeted by Country club. I bought a membership of Rs 60,000.00 in the month of August. The executive Mr.Arun Raj has promissed me a plot.He has taken my credit card number for verification and made a transaction with out my knoladge. I am having an Airtel Landline connection. Recentlywhen I went thru the details of calls made I found there were many calls charged for a duration of even 6-7 seconds. Normally it takes over 15-20 seconds for a call to mature for billing since only a matured call can be billed. I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine in june'07, the model is fuzzy logic. We had problem in the inlet tube and outlet tube, after 2 days of complaint a person had attended the complaint. But the service was very poor and did not respond properly to the questions we asked for. Also he was very rude which made my old parents very upset. I brought a vacuum cleaner of eureka forbes in November 2007. I requested for a demo and then there was a promise to be done in 3 days. After 2 weeks I called again and there was same promise but till today no one turned, inspite of my repeated calls. Hi have done a security deposit of Rs.3000 in vodafone postpaid connection to activate international roaming. At the time of deposit it was told to me that it will be refunded when i Am deactivating the roaming. My international roaming dint worked when I was out of India and they are not returning my security also after one month of deactivating the service also. Its more than a month that im visiting Vodafone store in Indiranagar Bangalore, and they are not refunding my security. Every time they have some Excuse. I am fed up of the Vodafone now. There was a leakage in Gas cylinder, complaint of which has been lodged at 7:30AM but till 4:30PM, there was no action been taken by the authorities. This is really a sensitive issue as it can lead to mishappening. I doubt whether Gas Agencies are aware of the duties and responsibilities. May God Help us and bless them. read full review »
