1) Service is pathetic. customer care does not take phone call after ringing 10-12 times or numbers are always engaged.
2) Daily there is no cable or broadband connection at least 4-5 hours.
3) Broadband speed varies always sometime comes down below broadband limit.
4) Poor service - Whenever there is any technical faults, it gets rectified not before 2 days
5) Customer service number is not accessible, always seems to be busy or engaged.

purchased samsung acaw122zb 1ton from vijay sales on 19 jul 2010.
since the very first night the a/c is making a very loud piercing noise due to which we are forced to switch off the a/c.the engineer was called and it was rectified at least 5 times. now again it is giving the same problem and now the engineer says the ac has to be taken to the workshop for repairing.since the compressor tray is broken.

I have airel DTH connection from past one year. Problem with these DTH service is, they are majorly dependant on enviourments. Once air blows they get disturbed, now to fix these issues, you have to call service centers and lock your complaints. First of all it may take several hours to get connected & by luck if you get connected, they lodge your complaint but ask for services charges to rectify this. Recently I visited my native in Alibag, and found that people there are living under constant threat to their life during night. There are thieves who go to various villages and threaten and harm local people. As its the time where locals are busy doing rice planting during day and in night they don't sleep due to constant fear that thieves will come and harm then. I am doing a course in Madiwala.I need to travel by bus.So that I have to catch two buses.Bus fare from Jayadeva to Madiwala is 7.00 Rs.Sometimes I dont have change, sothat I have to give 10.00.Sometimes the conductors takes 5 Rs with no tickets.Even my friends are facing this problem.If Checking Inspector comes, it would cause problem to the travelers only.
