Do NOT rent a car from Thrify at the Frankfurt Airport. They send you a company called Terstappen, which will triple your rates. They will not accept VISA or Mastercard for CDW. They charge your credit card 600 Euros for a 'damage waiver' and do not refund it. We were quoted less than $200 on the Thrifty website for a two-week van rental. Total credit card charges came to over $1700. I am not kidding. We are fighting it, but every time we get the charges removed by Visa, Terstappen charges them all over again. Original Complaint: I noticed fradulent charges on my Master Card account on 11/24 of this year. One for $35.42 for "DRI Emicsoft FLV Conve regnow com cs LUX" and the other for $6.65 for "DRI Extended Download regnow com cs LUX".
