Dear all,
Two months ago I ordered an object from tuuoo website.
they sent it to me after two months but they sent me the wrong product.
Now I'm waiting their answer because I wrote them every day but nobody answer to me and I need the right object.
This is not serious from tuuoo side.

We purchased a Gaggia Baby Twin Espresso machine on the 31st of August 2009 from Coffee Time, an authorized Gaggia reseller in Israel.

Awful place! AC and internet did not work, electrical plugs were hanging out of the walls, no curtains, drapes or blinds, shower broken, toilet seat barely hanging on, feces stained blanket.

But the most awful thing happened with us when we paid for hotel and got home: hotel started to threathen us and send us letters like we "damaged" their old furniture! Also knowing my card number they just charged a lot of money from it. I went to my bank of course and I settled the matter. And no excuse from hotel, after they abused my family.
