The antivrus kept popping up saying we needed to download and we had viruses. We did need to download new software. Iclicked on the company and it was supposed to be $44.95. My computed would not download the software and they charged my account $113.08. Nobody ever answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. Unfortunately, I think at this point its a loss :(
