This website promised 100% genuine Ugg boots with complete refund if dissatisfied with their product. The boots came, they were not genuine, and they are failing to respond to my numerous emails and it appears as if the website is no longer operational. I tried to do research on the website prior to purchasing my boots and didn't find any complaints. But after the package came noting Xingren Co. Ltd. as the point of origin, I found plenty of complaints. I paid via PayPal and PayPal will not help. It looks as if this company has gotten another unsuspecting consumer's hard earned cash in their pockets for unsatisfactory goods. Buyer beware!!! Xingren is definitely a wolf in Ugg sheepskin.
