Wrong delivery, bad service

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered flowers, and they delivered them 2 wks from the date I requested delivery. When I called them to follow up, they assured me they would re-deliver on the correct date and follow up with me. I'm the one who had to do the following up, and they had not re-delivered on the correct date. In total I had to call 4 times to follow up on the order and even spoke to a supervisor who once again assured me everything would be corrected and they would follow up. Guess what - no follow up. At this point I'm so frustrated I can't even call them again because its just too frustrating! I have never dealt with a company that is so incompetent!

failure to deliver

Pop ups all over the place on line for Valentine's day delivery of flowers.
Ordered approx. $70 worth flowers and candy to be delivered Valentines day to my mother in law from her husband.
Flowers never showed up.
Spoke to "Call Center" employee- with the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee posted all over- the only thing they would do is deliver by Tuesday and give 50% refund or cancel order all together.
This is not 100% satisfaction for me. Would not allow me to talk to supervisor and have yet to hear back from them!
Terrible Service!!!
