I have been trying for a couple of months now to get information on how to get replacement fasteners for my "1Stitch" quick fastener machine that I had ordered. It's a "As Seen on TV" product There is no information available and everyone that I have requested information from either does not reply or they say that I can't get them. I am so discouraged. Please help!
