1 Time Airline got my flight details backwards. Sifiso at the airport admitted that the booking Agent Muwelo booked me flying from Cape Town to Durban and returning from Durban to Cape Town, when my booking was the other way around. I lost 4 hours at work, incurred food and beverage and transport costs. They also had the nerve to charge me an extra R600 ..they refused to give me a receipt for this R600?? Even though they messed up the booking I had to pay extra???????????
I spoke to Sifiso and Yvette at the airport, Delene at the call centre. Mr Khumalo at the call centre would not return my calls, neither would Delene but I caught her off chance answering her phone. I want something from the airline...booking 5E6186
