I purchased merchandise from 1 Toystore, on 11/07.Part of the order was left @ my door, by Fedex, 10/31/07 (Halloween eve), when no one was available to receive or sign for it. 1 Toystore's position is, they are not responsible for delivery (orders not received). Fedex stated 1 Toystore never requested a delivery signature card,as such, they could leave merchandise, because no signature was requested. 1Toystore, whom should have filed with FEDEX & didn't, claims, I needed to have requested, that said merchandise, not be left, without a signature, which as far as I call tell, was not a visible option, on my order form.Meanwhile I'm out of over $100.00 worth of merchandise.
