I opened an account at Citizens Bank in March 2010.I was suppose to get $50 for opening an account with more than $250, I was also suppose to receive $25 for making 5 online bill payments and another $25 for making 5 credit purchases.I have never received any money from them every time I called they kept telling me to wait a little longer to see if I get it.I still never received anything so I called and the woman on the phone now tells me that she has been working there for years and there has never been such a promotion.I kept my info from opening the account but I apparently threw away the paper that explained the promotion, so she said if I can find that paper to bring it in if not then I get no money.Needless to say closed my account immediately.Beware of bogus promotions and make sure you keep explanations of everything.
