i ordered the product in may of 2010 i tried to check the order of status about three weeks later on the internet it never showed anything so i called the representative told me that it may have not went thru that was on june 18 so i ordered another one he told me to call customer service on monday and if two were ordered i could cancel it when i called so then two showed up as ordered that monday the lady on the phone told me that i couldn't cancel because it was already put to be shipped if the first one was not ready in three weeks how is it that both were ready in one day she tells me to ship one back that means i got to come out of the pocket again the commercial say you get one set of books for 19.95 and 7.95 processing and handling you can get the second set of books free just processing and handling of 7.95 but if you do that the second set of books is 14.95 and processing and handling you start out with a thirty to forty dollar order in all my order came out to 66 dollars and some change. it's a rip off.
