Beware of 101 phones. I bought a Panasonic office phone system with 3 cordless phones. On the website they state" factory serviced". This actually means "refurbished". The phones arrived in a plain white box with no instruction manual, and no cords. I called 101 phones and they referred me to Panasonic. I spoke to technical support at Panasonic for a long time. She said that the phones should have arrived in a Panasonic box, with the phone pictured on the box. There should have been all cords included and an instruction manual. So making a long story short, I returned the phones at my own expense and filed a claim with Paypal. I am waiting for a paypal credit to my account.

found more info on this company that ripps off NY State Consumer office lists them as former Gogotech that had unsatisfactory rating with BBB . BEWARE OF THEM

gave exact specs for battery and was sent wrong item (they don't even carry correct item) and they made me pay return postage for their error found web site complaints about same practice
