We bought a number of 10" digital picture frames for Christmas 07. One of them is defective so we called for support...no technical support is available...and no return withouta receipt. They told me the it was too bad!!! American Express bill not enough to prove we spent thousands of dollars...WHAT??? They won't be around long with customer service like this!!!
