I had tried to purchase a 42X speed CD-ROM from them and selected 2-day air. A week later, the order still had not come and the web-tracking said that it was still processing.

In order to cancel from them so that I would not be charged to my card, I called twice after e-mail failed to produce results. From the look of the other comments, thank God I got out of there in time!
