I was online applying for a loan. When I checked my bank account online I had been charged $31.98, given a phone number and a ID number for customer service for an identy theft protection plan that I knew nothing about. This charge caused my checking account to be overdrawn and I was charged $32.00 for an overdraft fee. This is not anything that I have ever remotely considered purchasing. I want my money refunded to my account and I also want to be reimbursed for the $32.00 overdraft fee I was charged.
