At 1st Choice Builders, we specialize in taking our clients' vision and making it a reality. We provide everything you will need to build your dream home from A to Z. Starting with our in-house architect, designer, and engineer. We will take the blueprints to be approved by the city and pull the permits so you don’t have to deal with those headaches. Our designer will be helping you put on the finishing touches, helping you choose to paint, cabinets, countertops, or flooring. At 1st Choice Builders, each one of our projects has a project manager. The site will be visited by the project manager daily in order to keep you up to date on the progress. We are available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
