Starting with the our in-house architect, designer and engineer. We will take the blue prints to be approved by the city and pull the permits so you don’t have to deal with those headaches. Our designer will be helping you put on the finishing touches, helping you choose paint, cabinets, counter tops or flooring. At 1st Choice Builders, each one of our projects has a project manager. The site will be visited by the project manager daily in order to keep you up to date on the progress. We are available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
