I purchased 2 couches at the beginning of the year and also the warrenty. My couch had some milk spilt on it and I requested a tech come out and clean it. He did and anfter he left, it dried hard. My couch is unbearable to look at and touch. I got a letter saying the couch cushions will be replaced. It is now sept 19 and this was june 13, 2008 that this happeend and I am still waiting. I called in on 7/25, on 7/15, and 8/16, and 8/21 inquiring about the status, and am currently on the phone with them, on hold on 9/19. cant get anything taken care of, nor can i get a repsonse
