Incorrect billing
I also do not want to be charged the 19.99 I had just earned $20 in free minutes on my pay as you go phone and the company 2 value club combo took it all when they charged me 19.99 I am on a fixed income and could really use my bonus minutes.

I do not want to be a member or charged 19.99 for something was said to be free.
They claim to have ringtones on them, but then once you enter your information the said they are going to bill you 19.99 a month. That is a real cam and I will be go very far as to not pay for someone scam.
