i was sent an email to my email address around christmas of 2009 by this company.on or around the 4th. of jan.2010 i filled out the online application.i thuroughly read the application and other info before i submitted apllication.once i got to the part that said there was a 20.00 application fee whether you were approved for loan or not.it was abit too iffy for me.so i cancelled my loan application and did not complete process.then i just got my bank statement that shows they took 44.00 out of my acct.twice.one time they put back 44.00 on the same day.i am very angry.i tried calling their # .but you only get a recording.you can not speak to a human being at all.im calling the atty. general about this.this should be illegal..t.w.
