13 Nov 08- took vehicle for dealer service at 14530 miles. Was informed front brakes worn. Needed brake kit replacement. Cost $292.33. Authroized work, but complained that excess wear should not exist
at that low mileage. Was informed that brake pads are
metallic and subject to oxidation if vehicle is not driven frequently. This sounds like a manufacturer's
defect that should be covered under lemon law!
