My 2007 Honda civic Hybrid's (whose advertised MPG is 50) Miles per gallon has fallen from 46 mpg to 36 mpg after the first 2 years. I am enrolled in Honda care warranty contract # V003022051, but they are refusing to cover the cost of diagnosing the problem. I am the same driver, same commute and same driving habits, nothing has changed, but mpg has fallen by 10 mpg. Honda should cover the diagnosis cost and fix the problem.
