March 2007 I purchased a brand new Mazda Cx-7, Mike the salesperson and the sales manager was wonderful so I was really excited about the car and high expectations. At the initial, everything went well the service department were very accommodating and John, the service manager was great. But all that quickly changed as of May 2009, I have taken my vehicle into the service department for the check engine light a total of 4 times while under warranty and it still hasn't been resolved the new service manager, Randall Watson, was not accommodating and was somewhat rude acted as though I was interfering with his presented activities. The in training service manager a few days and a recently promoted mechanic was very nice and accommodating. The last time the service department had the vehicle they had the vehicle for 7 days and the problem still wasn't rectified. They asked me to bring it in so they can "try" some recommendations from the Mazda corporation. I asked for a loaner vehicle while they attempt to resolve problem and Randall said they don't have one but I could get a vehicle for $30 a day that was the last straw for me.
