I ordered 1 (one) set of shamwow towels in November 2008 and was sent $90.00 worth.
I live in an assisted living home and ordered the towels for my family. One set is more than
enough. I retured the towels, received Nov. 17/08 and returned Nov. 17/o8. I have not been
paid for the towels, and feel that the company is dishonest, I paid by Visa in good faith, and you
have not been fair in keeping my money and also reselling the returned towels.
Am wondering if this case should be reported to someone with honesty and authority.
