Purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty in July 2010 for my daughter. Two weeks later I vacuumed out the interior and found shattered glass all over the carpet (hard to see since the carpet is black). Called dealer, they offered to vacuum it out if I dropped it off. I told them that I was comfortable having my daughter drive a vehicle that was damaged. They said they had no record of any damage. Called Chrysler direct, after two weeks of the run around, I was told that they are not responsible for a vehicle once it leaves their facility and I must deal with the dealer. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They attempted to contact the dealer three times and got ignored every time. This vehicle should have been replaced. Jeep/Chrysler are unproffesional and substandard.
