I purchased what was supposed to be a report on 2012 that entailed 3 ebooks on the subject. The books would not download, all that downloaded was the ad. I emailed several times to the company and their tech department, and when I had no response, fired off a complaint to Whitley Strieber's Unknown Country.com, who carried their ad. This is the second time I purchased something thru the Unknown Country website which was not what it was purported to be. Have had NO response from either... and no refund...
