On Saturday, August 22, 2009, I transferred my prescription to Kmart because of the $25 incentive. I gave the cashier the required form before the rx was filled. When it was time to pay, I was informed that I would only get $4.98 because the prescription (with my copay) came up to $3.48. There was no advertisement of any stipulations. When I called customer service @ the 866 number, I was told that it was at the discretion of the pharmacist. Again, this was not advertised. Please check into this and get back to me.
