In June 2009 I purchased a new scooter and paid cash. I also paid the tax and license fees when I purchased it and the agreement was I would receive the license plate, registration and title in the mail but never did. I have left messages for the company and have not recieved a call back. Now the phone numbers listed are disconnected. Now I have to go to the DMV and try to get it all fixed and probably have to pay more fees. When I went to the DMV prevously they said they had nothing on file for the scooter so I'm not even sure if they will be able to help me.
