Paid for 2 Day shipping. They sent it Fedex Ground. So instead of 2-3 days it's taking seven. Sent a contact via the form on their website since they don't leave any phone number anywhere even on their invoices asking for a refund of the shipping fees. Did not hear back at all. Will probably not do business with again.
